2027 ELIGIBILITY UPDATE OUR GRANTMAKING ELIGIBILITY & FUNDING APPLY FOR A GRANT LETTER OF INQUIRY REPORTING FAQ GRANTEE RESOURCES
At this time, the Foundation is not currently accepting grant applications from organizations located in Colorado’s Front Range and Denver Metro areas that have not previously received Foundation funding within the past five years.
Organizations that have received Foundation funding within the past five years may continue to submit requests for consideration, provided their work aligns with the Foundation’s current funding priorities and grantmaking guidelines.
Organizations located outside the Front Range region remain eligible to apply for funding.
Why is the Foundation making this change?
This change will allow us to focus our limited grantmaking resources on strengthening existing partnerships in the Front Range while continuing to invest in nonprofit organizations serving communities throughout Colorado, particularly in rural areas.
What is considered the Front Range for purposes of this policy?
The Foundation defines the Front Range as the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer, Weld.

Is the Foundation accepting applications from organizations that have never received Foundation funding?
